Collectively Tangled

Sarah Mateshaytis (she/her) is a registered social worker who cares deeply about how we’re all actually doing. She's a co-founder of Collectively Tangled, a social enterprise that provides mental health services, education and support specific to entrepreneurs and individuals working in the startup and innovation sector. She's passionate about mental health advocacy and broad systems change. Before diving into entrepreneurship, she worked in a variety of mental health settings–from a school to a hospital to a few community-based counselling practices–working with children, youth, individuals, families, couples, and everyone in between. She cares a lot about relationships and showing up genuinely in her work. When she’s not counselling or facilitating, you might find her hiking, making medium-quality gluten-free concoctions in the kitchen, or snuggling up on the couch with her pup, Tetley.
