Molly Seaton-Fast is the founder, CEO and Creative Director of Arcana Creative, a woman-led social venture and design studio based in Saskatoon. With a background in fine arts and international development, Molly brings a rare blend of creative vision and systems thinking to her work with nonprofits, campaigns, and community-rooted organizations across North America. She leads Arcana with a commitment to doing business differently — challenging colonial and capitalist norms, prioritizing care and equity, and building tools that support real social change. Under her leadership, Arcana is pursuing B Corp certification and helping redefine what ethical, community-driven creative work can look like.
