Sara Sail

I am a third year Marketing student at Mount Royal University who minors in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I took initiative this summer to participate in the 2023 edition of the European Innovation Academy in Portugal where I founded my company Skip The Line. My social venture Skip The Line is a shopping delivery application that brings fashion to your fingertips in less than 2 hours. Essentially it’s ubereats, but for fashion. This platform offers a centralized catalogue of large brands and features smaller boutiques within your locality, displaying real-time inventory eliminating shopping disappointments. The social mission my company could be to promote local businesses, empower small entrepreneurs, and provide swift, convenient access to clothing while fostering a sense of community and supporting economic growth starting in the Calgary area.

I enjoy activities such as rock climbing, hiking, and reading, however, I have always liked to get out of my comfort zone and incorporate new activities into my day to day routine.  I am aiming to meet as many people as I can to gain inspiration and guidance through their own entrepreneurial journeys and overall learn through out this up coming extraordinary experience.
