LiiT Care Connect Inc.

Lulu Mashonganyika, the spirited founder and CEO of LiiT Care Connect Inc. Hailing from Zimbabwe, she knows well the benefits of the proverb "it takes a village to raise a child," when one has access to it.

Lulu's love for children and motherhood journey further sparked her passion for children's well-being and supporting fellow parents. Exiting the corporate world, she embarked on creating a nurturing haven for children in her community. This venture uncovered the challenges parents face in securing childcare outside the conventional hours, a realization Lulu now juggles as a working mom herself.

Lulu continues to strive to unite parents with child-centric services, a big task that conceived the "digital village" concept, - LiiT Care Connect. She is on a mission to empower parents, particularly women by providing seamless access to flexible, diverse, and inclusive child-centric service offerings and supports.

Her entrepreneurial flair and unyielding commitment have propelled her to the finals of esteemed pitch competitions like Total Mom Pitch 2022, Rise Up Pitch Competition, and Black Founders in Tech Pitch Competition. While building LiiT Care Connect, Lulu supports aspiring entrepreneurs via Momentum's Self-Employment Program. Engaging actively with organizations in the entrepreneur ecosystem, she's a catalyst for community & collaboration.

Lulu recognizes the power of her own narrative as a BIPOC immigrant tech startup founder. Her personal journey fuels her empathy, tenacity, and drive to spark positive change. She champions open dialogues on cultural stigmas and mental health.
