Leah Fink
All Thrive
Leah Fink is the founder of All Thrive, a company dedicated to improving workplace mental health. She is passionate about creating environments where mental health is prioritized, enabling both individuals and organizations to thrive.
With a background in addictions and mental health, Leah has supported individuals who have been deeply affected by unhealthy environments. Through this work, she recognized the workplace as a powerful space for change. Drawing on the Canadian Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, she provides workplace assessments, as well as consulting, training, and speaking engagements focused on culture development and leadership.
Leah also brings a deeply personal motivation to her work. She has had the profound honor of supporting loved ones in choosing life over suicide—an experience she attributes to the power of strong relationships and meaningful connection. This insight fuels her commitment to workplace mental health, as she understands that feelings of isolation or lack of support often stem not from malice, but from a lack of awareness and relational skills. Through All Thrive, she helps organizations build that understanding and develop those essential skills.
At the heart of Leah’s work is a core belief: mental health is not an individual problem, but a collective responsibility. She aspires to be part of a movement that champions proactive mental wellbeing and transforms how we support both employees and businesses to truly thrive.
