Change is Good
As a creative and dynamic professional, I transform traditional businesses into powerful social ventures. With over eight years of experience in Social Enterprise, I've dedicated my career to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers, while revolutionizing how the nonprofit sector approaches business - focusing far beyond the traditional bottom line.
My work is rooted in the fundamental belief that employment should be both dignified and meaningful. Having played key roles in several social enterprise models, I bring comprehensive expertise in business management - from strategic marketing to customer experience and innovative design. I'm passionate about every detail that makes a social enterprise grow and thrive, consistently demonstrating that profit and purpose can powerfully coexist.
Currently leading ventures at Calgary Dream Centre, including the successful evolution of boutique thrift store, Change is Good, from online platform to brick-and-mortar operation, I'm energized by the rapid expansion of social enterprise across Calgary and Canada. It's both an honor and a responsibility to be at the forefront of this innovative industry, shaping how business can serve as a catalyst for lasting social change.
