Duncan Cryle
Clear Sky Meditation Center and Conscious Organizations
Duncan is a founding member of Clear Sky and is currently co-executive director. He was Board Chair from 2008 to 2014. He co-teaches Clear Sky’s Integrating Mindfulness and 3 month residential intensive programs. He is also a Senior Director at a global software company where he also leads a company-wide mindfulness program, and was previously one of the pioneers of IBM’s mindfulness community.
Clear Sky Center operates a beautiful 310 acre retreat center as well as holistic living online courses. We are based in south-east BC, just two hours south of Banff, AB. Our mission is empower people to transform struggle and embrace vitality, through offering supported personal retreat spaces, group mindfulness and mediation retreats, online courses on integrating mindfulness into daily life as a force of transformation. We operate using a quadruple bottom line: financial, social, environmental, and spiritual. We are in addition in process setting up a consulting enterprise Conscious Organizations to help social ventures and non-profits find more sustainable, innovative and conscious ways of working.
