Carrie has experience as an IT Business Analyst to help organization streamline and automate processes in addition to running Bamboo Dumplings for the last 5 years.

Carrie recently took a level 1 coaching through Momentum and would like to launch a workshop/coaching program to help others who are struggling with recovery from concussions and/or car accidents or are new to self care regime. Carrie has had concussions from a car accident for over 3 years. It was a journey and she has learned different techniques for the last three years. Carrie is grateful for her recovery and healing journey and hopes to help others in those challenging circumstances.
