Bill Zheng

Bill Zheng is the President & CEO of RadiCare Ventures, a Calgary-based social enterprise that employs individuals facing barriers such as homelessness, addiction, and justice involvement. He is also the co-founder of the Calgary Pop-Up Care Village, a festival that brings together organizations and volunteers to provide wraparound services and build community with people experiencing homelessness. Drawing on his frontline experience in emergency shelters, outreach, and security, Bill combines lived sector knowledge with entrepreneurial leadership. Alongside this work, he is completing his Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Calgary, applying a public health lens to reimagine urban safety, revitalize public spaces, and create inclusive employment opportunities.
