Bibiana Cala
Huginn Insight
I am dedicated to fostering growth, community development, and sustainable practices across sectors, always driven by a passion for helping people and organizations reach their full potential. With a background in anthropology, I bring a unique lens to my work—one that focuses on understanding people, cultures, and systems to create meaningful, lasting impact.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, businesses, and communities in achieving their goals, whether through entrepreneurship training, stakeholder engagement, or sustainable development projects. Today, as Co-Founder of Huginn Insight, I’m excited to expand this work into both supply chain management and ESG reporting, supporting businesses and organizations as they move toward more effective, transparent, responsible, and resilient practices.
My guiding values, integrity, collective innovation, and a deep love for my family, remain at the heart of everything I do. I believe that through collaboration, shared knowledge, and authentic connections, we can build a more sustainable and inclusive future together.
